Giving

The ISU Alumni Association is a 501(c)(3) organization whose primary mission is to create events, communications, and other opportunities for alumni and friends to connect with the university and one another. The ISUAA is primarily a membership-based organization. However, there are opportunities to make special gifts to support the Association's work, as you will read below. Gifts to the ISUAA and other ISU programs and units are made through the Iowa State University Foundation, which is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While sometimes confused with the ISUAA, the ISU Foundation is dedicated to securing and stewarding private gifts and grants that benefit the entire university.
