Billi is a government affairs manager for DuPont. She holds a master of public administration from Drake University. As a student at Iowa State, she held several leadership positions in the Student Alumni Association (now the Student Alumni Leadership Council), and she was a member of Delta Zeta sorority and involved in a variety of activities in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences (now College of Human Sciences). Since graduation, she has stayed involved with Iowa State as a member of the Alliance for ISU, Cyclone Club, SAA Reunion Committee, Greater Des Moines Cyclone Club Board, Young Alumni Club of Greater Des Moines, and ISU Extension Women in Financial Planning steering committee. Billi was named to the Des Moines Business Record “Forty Under 40” class in 2004. She has served on the Executive, Governance, and Alumni Center Oversight Committees, as a member and chair of the Membership and Revenue Enhancement Committee, and as chair-elect of the Awards Review and Selection Committee.
