Billi is a government affairs manager for DuPont. She holds a master of public relations from Drake University. As a student at Iowa State, she held several leadership positions in the Student Alumni Association (now SALC), and she was a member of Delta Zeta sorority and involved in a variety of activities in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences (now College of Human Sciences). Since graduation, she has stayed involved with Iowa State as a sustaining life member of the ISU Alumni Association and as a member of the Alliance for ISU, National Cyclone Club, SAA Reunion Committee, Greater Des Moines Cyclone Club Board, Young Alumni Club of Greater Des Moines, and ISU Extension Women in Financial Planning steering committee. Billi was named to the Des Moines Business Record “Forty Under 40” class in 2004. She has been involved in community service, including leadership roles in Iowans for a Better Future, Gov. Tom Vilsack’s 2010 Strategic Planning Council.
