Randy is a farm manager and land broker for Hertz Farm Management and Hertz Real Estate Services in Nevada.  He has been selected Farm and Land Broker of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year, and is president-elect for the National Realtors Land Institute.  As a student at Iowa State, Randy participated in the Student Alumni Association, was a Student Alumni Ambassador, and was a member of Veishea Coordinators, Ag Council, Cardinal Key, Dance Marathon, Farm House Fraternity, Block and Bridle, and many other organizations. He has served Iowa State as chair of the Joint Curriculum Task Force for the Department of Economics and the College of Business. He has also served as alumni adviser for the Farm House Corporation Board. Randy is involved in United Way of Story County, Rotary International, Nevada Economic Development Council, Nevada Chamber of Commerce, and many more community and professional organizations. Randy has served on the Finance Committee and as the vice chair of finance and liaison for the Alliance for ISU.
