Carol joined the Alumni Association staff as receptionist in February 2008 from the College of Human Sciences. In May 2008, she became the ISUAA's Assistant for Communications, a position in which she assists the chief communications officer, associate director, and program coordinator for communications with the preparation of materials for VISIONS, the Alumni Association’s quarterly magazine; the events calendar; Class Notes; and CySpace. Her responsibilities also include alumni records updating, billing, and general record keeping. She joined the Alumni Association in 2008 after spending eight years as part of the administrative staff in the College of Human Sciences.

Favorite food: Anything sweet, preferably chocolate or lemon. I also like Mexican food.
What I like about my job: I enjoy my co-workers---they’re hard-working and fun.
In my spare time, I like to:  attend sporting events of any kind, especially Cyclone sports. I don’t think real spare time will exist until retirement. I have a long list for that, including travel, volunteer work, and more genealogy research.
Something unique that most people don't know about me: I can recite the names of the 99 counties in Iowa in alphabetical order---a fairly useless talent I acquired one year during finals week while at ISU.
