Tillie joined the Alumni Association staff in July 2011 after working as the assistant director of fraternity/sorority life and leadership at Miami University. Tillie earned her B.A. in political science from ISU in 2004 and her M.Ed. in higher education from Grand Valley State University 2006. In her current position, she is responsible for the Association's in-state and out-of-state clubs program. She plans away football game tailgates and NCAA tournament basketball spirit rallies. Tillie is also a committee liaison to the Young Alumni Council.

What I like about my job: I get to share my love and enthusiasm for Iowa State every day and get to work with fantastic alumni across the nation.
In my spare time, I like to: play with my two dogs, catch up with family and friends, be active, watch sporting events, relax
Something unique that most people don't know about me: I have a slight obsession with Sharpie pens and markers. I have them in multiples in every color and probably carry at least four with me at most times.
