Mary, who is currently a food scientist for Unilever in Lisle, Ill., earned a bachelor’s degree in food science from ISU in 2006. Her ISU student involvement included VEISHEA, the Carrie Chapman Catt Center for Women and Politics, Women in Science and Engineering, Student Alumni Leadership Council, the Food Safety Institute, and the Food Science Club. Today, Mary is involved with the Institute of Food Technologists and the National Restaurant Association. Mary is an ISU Alumni Association lifetime member.
