Michelle is the senior director of engineering operations at Cerner Corporation. At Iowa State, she was involved in the Student Alumni Association (now SALC), Delta Zeta sorority, and many other organizations and honor societies. As an alumna, Michelle is a life member of the ISU Alumni Association and an ISU Alumni Admissions Ambassador; she has also been involved with activities in ISU’s Department of Computer Science. She has interviewed ISU students for employment at Cerner since 2001. She is currently a Youth Friends e-mentor volunteer and is alumna advisor to the Delta Zeta chapter at William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo. She has been honored with a number of Cerner Corporation’s top awards – Top Gun, Millenium Club, Best Community Award – and she received the Youth Friends Employer Partner Volunteer Award in 2004.
