Alumni Centers of the Big 12
How Iowa State Compares in the Big 12 Conference

Iowa State is the 11th school in the Big 12 Conference to construct an alumni center for its alumni, students, and friends. Here's a look at the other alumni centers of the Big 12 and how ISU compares:

1. University of Colorado, built 1884, 47,000 sq. ft.
2. University of Texas, built 1960, 45,000 sq. ft.
3. Baylor University, built 1977, 9,200 sq. ft.
4. University of Kansas, built 1983, 35,000 sq. ft.
5. University of Nebraska, built 1985, 29,000 sq. ft.
6. Texas A&M University, built 1985, 55,000 sq. ft.
7. University of Missouri, built 1992, 79,000 sq. ft.
8. Texas Tech University, built 1995, 20,000 sq. ft.
9. Kansas State University, built 2001, 52,000 sq. ft.
10. Oklahoma State University, built 2005, 52,000 sq. ft.
11. Iowa State University, building for 2008, 33,000 sq. ft.
