It can accommodate up to 190 people for a served dinner or 240-300 in various theater-style arrangements. The room can also be divided into two separate spaces for more intimate gatherings (north and south). The room not only has an inviting fireplace, but also a pair of drop-down ceiling projectors, projection screens, and full media capabilities to accommodate your needs for multi-media presentations. Square Footage: 3,295 Room Dimensions: 79 x 43 Reiman Ballroom (South) Renting this space provides the elegance of the Reiman Ballroom as well as the functionality of a multimedia equipped space, but on a smaller scale. It can accommodate up to 130 people for a served dinner or 180 in a theater-style setup. Square Footage: 2,545 Room Dimensions: 60 x 43 Reiman Ballroom (North) The smallest portion of the Reiman Ballroom is a great space for intimate gatherings and meetings of 40 or fewer people. This section contains the fireplace, and audio and DVD capabilities are available, but a portable media system is available for rentral through the ISUAA to accommodate additional multimedia needs in this space.  Square Footage: 750Room Dimensions: 19 x 43  East Terrace With a far-reaching view of the Iowa State Center, Jack Trice Stadium, and the City of Ames, the East Terrace is a great choice for an outdoor reception and other social gatherings. The terrace comes equipped with speakers and media hookups to accommodate music and other sound amplification needs. Square Footage: 2,100 Space Dimensions: 98 x 20  Cy's Lounge & Burnet Living Room  Cy's Lounge and the Burnet Living Room together form a comfortable and open seating area, ideal for pre-dinner socials, buffet lines, or small gatherings. The combined space has a flat panel LCD TV, a fireplace, piano, and a bar. Cy's Lounge must be rented in conjunction with the Burnet Living Room; it cannot be rented separately.Square Footage: 1,700 Room Dimensions: 38 x 32  Burnet Alumni Living Room  The Burnet Alumni Living Room, with comfortable seating and a fireplace, is perfect for intimate gatherings or a great waiting area for use before events in the Reiman Family Alumni Ballroom.Square Footage: 1,100 Room Dimensions: 38 x 32 Public rates University rates Student organization rates |
