Winnetka, Ill.

Curt Schreiber has been vice president and director of the Chicago-based design agency VSA Partners, Inc., since 1991. He has been instrumental in growing the company from a small office of 15 to a cross-disciplinary firm of 120 creative professionals. His annual report work throughout the 1990s helped to re-imagine the field of corporate communications. Schreiber continues to shape the firm’s long-term strategy while providing creative leadership and managing daily business in Chicago and New York.

Schreiber currently guides VSA’s work for such clients as IBM, Cole Haan, and Nike, providing solutions that range from brand strategy and identity to product packaging, corporate communications, and digital programs. Notable past client relationships include the Chicago Board of Trade, Coca-Cola, Converse, General Motors, Goldman Sachs, Harley-Davidson, Target, and Time Warner.

Schreiber’s work has been recognized by more than 200 international design and communications organizations, publications, and competitions and is included in the permanent collection of the U.S. Library of Congress. He was a 2004 nominee for the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt National Design Awards.

Schreiber is a member of the Museum of Contemporary Art and The Art Institute of Chicago, as well as the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA). He and his wife, Martha, have four children: Catherine, Margaret, Elizabeth, and William.
