Dale H. Renner
Citation of Achievement Dale H. Renner Dale Renner has spent his career as a leader in the fields of customer relationship management and data solutions. He is the founder and chief executive officer of RedPoint Global, which provides Web-based customer behavioral transformation and performance solutions for Fortune 1000 businesses. Renner spent 21 years with Accenture, the global management consulting and technology firm, founding the concept of customer relationship management (CRM) and leading the growth of Accenture’s CRM business from its infancy to over $1.5 billion in revenues and a top ranking in the industry. He then became CEO of Seisint, a database firm whose technology was used, among other things, to find missing children and violent criminals. The firm was the first to positively identify a number of the hijackers on Sept. 11, 2001. In 2004, Seisint was sold and Renner became an owner and CEO in Clarity Blue, a British-based customer intelligence solutions firm, which he brought to the U.S. market, aggressively grew, and sold in 2006, prior to founding RedPoint Global. Renner is a lifetime member of the ISU Alumni Association and a member of ISU's Order of the Knoll. He and his wife, Kelly ’80, have three children, including Dan, a pre-business major at Iowa State. |
