Since her student days, Abby Croll has been a champion of the ISU Alumni Association and of an Iowa State University education. She was a four-year member of the Student Alumni Leadership Council who once oversaw a successful Student Alumni Association membership campaign that grew membership to record-setting levels. A star student in ISU’s College of Business, she was president of Beta Alpha Psi accounting fraternity.
As an alumna, Croll has given back to the Alumni Association and College of Business in countless ways. She was an inaugural member of the ISUAA’s Young Alumni Council and spent one year as the Council’s vice chair for programming. She has volunteered her time on numerous occasions to speak with current and prospective ISU students – including meeting twice annually with ISU’s Beta Alpha Psi chapter. She mentors ISU accounting students through the Iowa Society of CPAs’ Accounting Ties program and assists ISU student volunteers participating in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. She is also currently an ISU Admissions Alumni Ambassador and a member of ISU’s Accounting Advisory Board.
Croll is currently employed as a tax manager with Roth & Company in Des Moines. She is a member and board member of the Iowa Society of CPAs, a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and a member of the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Young Professionals Connection.
A life member of the ISU Alumni Association, Croll and her husband, Mike, have a daughter named Molly.
