John Ringkob 2007

John Ringkob
BS Agricultural Business '97 Highlands Ranch, Colo.
With more than 4,000 Iowa State alumni living in the Denver area, a visible and active club to connect them to Iowa State University and to each other is vital. When John Ringkob became president of such a club—the ISUAA Club of Denver—in 2005, he made it a priority to create those connections and provide his fellow alumni with an outstanding experience. His efforts have not gone unnoticed.
Ringkob brought his leadership experience to the Denver area after also being involved in alumni leadership in St. Louis, Mo., and Cedar Falls, Iowa. Alumni in the Denver area have enjoyed getting to know Ringkob and watching the club grow, as attendance has skyrocketed at ISUAA Club of Denver events. The ISUAA Club of Denver gamewatch location (Public House) is one of the nation’s top in attendance for Cyclone events, and the venue was recently listed as one of the city’s top hotspots for gamewatches. Recently, Ringkob also reached out to other local alumni clubs to establish the Rocky Mountain Big 12 Alumni Association.
A partner in DASCO, Inc., of Monument, Colo., Ringkob says he is working his dream job supplying agricultural inputs throughout the U.S. In addition to his work with the ISUAA Club of Denver, he is involved with Christ Lutheran Church in Highlands Ranch and is an active alumnus of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity.
Ringkob is a lifetime member of the ISU Alumni Association and a member of the National Cyclone Club. He is engaged to Jeani Brasier.
