Andrea L. Rheinhart

Rare is the student who studies a triple major and still finds time to serve as president of a major campus leadership organization—and make it one of the most successful in the country. A French, management, and international business major who is the outgoing president of the Student Alumni Leadership Council, Andrea Rheinhart has achieved just that. Under her leadership, which was motivated to make the organization more inclusive and far-reaching, ISU’s SALC was honored as Outstanding Organization at the 2004 Association for Student Advancement Programs (ASAP) national conference. In addition to duties as president, Rheinhart’s SALC involvement has included, among many other things, a stint as general co-chair for the 2003 Homecoming celebration, membership on the ISU Alumni Association’s board of directors, and the opportunity to present a seminar on money management at the 2005 Life 490: Succeeding Beyond a Degree conference. Rheinhart has also been active in the Honors Program, Habitat for Humanity, VEISHEA, and Business Council. She was an official speaker at the dedication of the Gerdin Business Building in February 2004.

She is a member of the Student Alumni Association.
