ISUAA Club of Austin LIVE Gamewatch: Cyclones vs. Longhorns in Austin!

The ISU men are back in the Erwin Center on Saturday, January 10^th to face Texas. The Austin club is organizing a block of tickets for our alumni to sit together and cheer on the Cyclones! Tickets are the group rate of $7 for ISUAA members, or $10 for non-members (normally $18) per ticket, and can be purchased through the ISU Alumni Association by visiting https://www.isualum.org/en/forms/event_registration.cfm?formid=33 or calling 877-ISU-ALUM (ask for Cory).

There is no limit to the amount you can purchase. Deadline for orders is January 4. Tickets will not be mailed but you will receive instructions via e-mail on where to find the Will Call window at Erwin Center.

Austin Club Tentative Winter Gamewatch Schedule

To help you plan your weeknights and weekends the club is planning the following men’s basketball gamewatches and one women’s game against Texas for which TV coverage has already been announced:

·       Saturday, Jan. 10:  Texas  (3p at Erwin Center, Austin)
·       Wednesday, Jan. 14: Nebraska  (7p at Legends)
·       Saturday, Jan. 24: Kansas  (1p at Legends)
·       Saturday, Jan. 31: Oklahoma  (12:45p at Legends)
·       Wednesday, Feb. 11: Colorado  (6:30p at Legends)\
·       Sunday, Feb. 15: Texas  (2:30p at Legends. Women’s BB game)
·       Saturday, Feb. 21: Kansas State  (5p at Legends)
·       Saturday, Feb. 28: Texas A&M  (12:45p at Reed Arena, College Station. More details to come!)

Also of note is the Big 12 Basketball Tournament which is back in Oklahoma City this year. The men’s tourney runs March 11 – 14 and the women’s tourney runs March 12 – 15. The men’s tourney almost always sells out so if you are interested in men’s or women’s tickets visit www.big12sports.com.

ISU Alumni Association Gamewatch Club of Austin is interested in listing other locations in the Austin area at which Iowa State fans can gather to watch the Cyclones play football and basketball on television.
