Accommodations

For your convenience, the Alumni Association has reserved special sleeping “room blocks” at the following five hotels until April 14, 2009. To get one of these discounted rooms, simply call the hotel directly to make your lodging reservation and tell them you want to be in the “Alumni Days-Class Reunion Block." The first four hotels are in the closest proximity to the ISU campus, and we can provide limited shuttle van transportation to/from these hotels upon request. Other options in the Ames area can be found at: http://visitames.com/come_and_stay/

Additionally, when making plans as to where to stay, we want to tell you that the Thursday evening class dinners will be held in the Memorial Union, and the Friday night Gold Medal Banquet will be held at the Gateway Hotel. Reunion check-in and general visiting spaces will be located at the brand new ISU Alumni Center, located at 420 Beach Avenue.
