Des Moines and Central Iowa EventsThe Iowa State University Alumni Association is alive and well in Central Iowa! Our Cy's After Five networking events are happening at various locations in greater Des Moines on every fifth Thursday. "Cy's Barnyard Bash" is a favorite annual summer gathering for alumni of all ages to enjoy food and friendship in a relaxed country setting in West Des Moines. Our "Beat Iowa Party," arts and entertainment events, Sunny Cy'd Up networking breakfasts, and sports socials have been popular events for Central Iowans in the past.
