Wall of Alumni & Friends Memorial Service
The ISU Alumni Association invites you and your guests to join us at the ISU Alumni Center Saturday, April 20 at 1:30 p.m. for the annual Wall of Alumni and Friends memorial service. The Association will officially honor deceased individuals who have plaques on the Wall by reading their names and presenting members of their families with carnations. This year’s recognition will honor deceased individuals on plaques purchased since Jan. 1, 2012 and individuals on plaques purchased prior to Jan. 1, 2013, who have passed away in the last 12 months. If you have a deceased loved one who is listed on the Wall but haven’t been able to attend a previous ceremony, we will gladly honor those individuals upon request. 2013 VEISHEA Concert Tickets
Alumni and Alumni Association members who wish to attend musical entertainment acts held in the parking lot north of the Molecular Biology Building Friday and Saturday night of VEISHEA may purchase admission tickets through noon on Friday, April 19. Five tickets per person can be sold over the three sales options (Friday only, Sat only, both nights) -- any combination up to five total tickets. In order to be eligible to purchase tickets, you must be a graduate of ISU or an ISU Alumni Association member. Tickets are $25 for one night ($20 for ISUAA members) and $30 for both nights ($25 for ISUAA members).

Tickets must be picked up at the ISU Alumni Center, 420 Beach Ave. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 15-19 or on Saturday, April 20 between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

VEISHEA VIP Program
The deadline is April 15 to sign up for the VEISHEA Alumni VIP Program. The VIP Program events will be Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and will offer alumni and their families an opportunity to go behind the scenes at VEISHEA, including a pre-parade breakfast with dignitaries, reserved parade seating, Campanile and campus art tours, and tour of The Knoll, and a cherry pie-making demonstration. The suggested donation is $25 per family; to find out more, visit https://www.veishea.iastate.edu/en/alumni/.
