The Iowa State University Alumni Association has worked with Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company® to offer alumni and their families a mortgage program that makes home financing easy, inexpensive, and stress-free.
Check us out when you purchase or refinance a primary residence, second home, or investment property.
Refinance existing ARMs & JUMBOS – A record number of ARMs with low introductory rates are coming up for adjustments. There's no cost to learn if you can save money with a stable, fixed rate loan; especially if interest rates are expected to rise.
Low Down Payments – If you're purchasing a new home, mortgage solutions are available for a range of incomes, down payments, and credit scores. Let us take your application and provide a pre-approval letter, if you qualify, before you go home shopping.
Investment Properties – For one or two unit investment properties, we offer mortgages with as little as 10% down. No landlord experience required.
Royalties and sponsorships received from programs and services offered through the ISU Alumni Association are used to keep membership dues reasonably priced and to support student and alumni outreach programs, leadership opportunities, and scholarship initiatives.
