About Jerusha
Hometown: Ames, Iowa
Favorite ISU tradition: Hearing the Campanile bells sound across campus.
Favorite food: I have a major weakness for pistachio gelato and cake-flavored frozen yogurt! When I’m not devouring these cold confections, I like to eat locally-grown fruits, grains, and vegetables and explore foods and flavors from other cultures.
What I like about my job: The Alumni Association staff and constituents, and their enthusiasm for all things Cyclone! I love being part of an amazing team, interacting with a variety of individuals, and helping alumni and friends stay connected to their favorite university—and each other. I also enjoy finding effective ways to meet our colleagues’ and members’ needs with our technological resources.
In my spare time: I like to hike, run, read, play piano, bake and cook, travel, and hang out with family and friends.
Something unique that most people don't know about me: I was born in Texas! I think accents are neat, and would love to have a bit of a Texas drawl, but, alas, moved out of state before I was old enough to pick it up.
