  • Tues., Nov. 10: Are You Well at Work? presented by Stephanie Downs
    Noon-1 p.m. CT
    Do you dread Mondays? Do you feel alone and uninspired at work? If your dissatisfaction at work is affecting other areas of your life, it’s time to take action. Stephanie Downs, ISU Wellness Coordinator, will help you reignite your passion for your job or set you on a course to find work you love.

  • Tues., Nov. 17: Are You Financially Well? presented by Ann Doty
    Noon-1 p.m. CT
    Is your relationship with money healthy? Do you feel financially secure? Do you feel you spend too much and have trouble saving money? Do you even know how much money you should be saving and where to put it/what to do with it? If you struggle with your personal finances, this presentation is for you. Presenter Ann Doty, UHR Retirement Information Consultant, will help you gain a fresh, healthier perspective on money matters.

Are you stressed? Presenter Nora Hudson, Assistant Director-Fitness & Wellness for ISU Recreation Services, will share tips on how to lead a well-balanced, healthy life.

  • Tues., Dec. 1: Is Your Social Circle Well? presented by Dr. Peter Martin
    Noon-1 p.m. CT
    How much time do you invest in your friendships? Do you find that the older you get, the fewer good friends you have? Does your social circle determine how long you live? Listen to this presentation by Dr. Peter Martin, Professor of Human Development and Family Studies, to find out why your social circle contributes to your overall wellbeing, how you can reinvest in your current relationships, and why you need a “social convoy” to live a healthy, long life.
