The depth and breadth of Kaitlyn Aldrich’s academic and leadership experience on the Iowa State campus is virtually unmatched. From her work as vice president of scholarship for the Panhellenic Council to her work as executive general co-director of Dance Marathon to her roles as a teaching assistant for the President’s Leadership Class and marshal for the Chi Epsilon civil engineering honor society, Kaitlyn devotes significant amounts of her time and talent toward expanding opportunity for others.
For her outstanding achievement, Kaitlyn has been honored during her Iowa State undergraduate career by “Women Impacting ISU,” Order of Omega, Chi Epsilon, Tau Beta Pi, Golden Key, the Association of General Contractors, the Iowa Concrete Paving Association, the Iowa Ready Mixed Concrete Association, the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, the Des Moines Women’s Club, the Iowa Engineering Society, and WiSE, among others.
In addition to Panhellenic Council, Dance Marathon, President’s Leadership Class, and Chi Epsilon, Kaitlyn has also held leadership roles within Cardinal Key, the Society of Women Engineers, Iowa State Student Admissions Representatives, Alpha Gamma Delta Women’s Fraternity, University Honors Program, VEISHEA, Gamma Sigma Alpha, Alpha Lambda Delta/Phi Eta Sigma, the Emerging Greek Leadership Council, GRIP mentoring, the Johnston Community School District Carnival “Purple Party,” WiSE, and Engineering Career Fair. She has completed three internships in civil and environmental engineering.
She is a Student Alumni Association member.
