Faculty-Staff Inspiration Award Nomination

NOMINATION FOR THE FACULTY-STAFF INSPIRATION AWARD

The Iowa State University Alumni Association (ISUAA) established this award in 2011 as a way for former ISU students to recognize current or former ISU faculty or staff members who had a significant influence in their lives as students at ISU. Nominees may be anyone who is or was employed by ISU. Nominees need not be Iowa State alumni. Nominations should be submitted based on the impact the ISU faculty or staff member had on the former students’ professional or personal life. This award may be given posthumously*. Up to six awards are granted annually. Nominators and award recipients will be recognized at the ISU Alumni Association Annual Dinner held in May. Recipients will also be recognized in Iowa Stater magazine, on the ISUAA website, and in ISUAA electronic communications.

Nomination deadline is December 1.

Significance of the impact the faculty/staff member had on the life of the former student;

All nominations are kept on file for one year following the year in which they are originally considered, if not selected that first year.
